NEVERWINTER IS LIVE NOW

As promised by Perfect World at the beginning of June, Neverwinter has gone live yesterday.

So what do you get with this official launch? Plenty! First off, you get Gauntlgrym. Neverwinter‘s new twist on end-game level 60 PvP and PvE content, that offers a series of new challenges leading up to the most exciting – and rewarding – dungeon delve in Neverwinter.

More information was also released about Fury of the Feywild, first free content update coming out this summer that chronicles an attempt by Fomorian Giants to seize the Elven city of Sharandar. This module will introduce the new region of Sharandar, three campaign areas, three instances, new enemies, new loot, and a new dungeon, alongside two new professions: Weaponsmithing and Artificing.

Furthermore, you have a new profession at your disposal – Alchemy, with which you can make rare potions such as Potion of Power and Potion of Stamina. You can also make Special Experimentation Potions which could grant you special buffs or other, possibly deadly, effects! You’ll also be able to create Special Dye Packs and Extra healing and buffing potions.

Live version of the game also introduces a number of permanent price drops to the Neverwinter Zen Market as well, and comes on the heels of a big balance and gameplay update, which included hundreds of fixes and improvements that were a direct result of Open Beta community feedback and support.

There’s no doubt that there’s plenty to do in Neverwinter over the coming months.

See you in game!
