Perfect World has announced that its free-to-play Dungeons & Dragons MMORPG Neverwinter will be coming out of Open Beta Testing and will be launching on June 20, 2013.
Hand in hand on the launch day they plan on releasing Gauntlgrym, their level 60 PvE and PvP content for veteran players. That’s in addition to the already announced first free content update coming out this summer, Fury of the Feywild that chronicles an attempt by Fomorian Giants to seize the Elven city of Sharandar.
Thanks to all the player feedback during the Open Beta Testing, Neverwinter already has updates coming for PvP, the Queue System, the Auction House, Gateway, the UI and game performance. For a full list of updates and fixes you can refer to their Balance and Gameplay Update.
Along with the upcoming content updates, it has been announced that they will start a new public test shard called a Preview that will be available to a select group of players who will be able to preview upcoming content and other improvements made to the game and send their feedback prior to content’s general release.
