Graphical Adjusting the UI Scale

So my friend is having a problem that prevents her from playing TSW. She uses her TV as her monitor, but due to it’s atypical ratio, it causes the UI Text to always be absurdly small. She’s been trying to deal with the solution for a while, but hasn’t found any good options. This is a problem she finds with MMOs in general, not just TSW. I doubt there will be a general solution for Windows itself, but perhaps there might be.

What I’m a bit more hopeful for is if there is a UI Mod that can be installed to allow the player to rescale the text boxes throughout the game, allowing her to reshape and resize inventory descriptions and quest logs and the like beyond what the regular game offers. Is there a mod like that? I tried looking for a bit, but no luck. It is a pretty niche need. Still, can’t hurt to ask.
