Last Thursday, the crew of Beyond the Veil talk show announced two brand new contest for The Secret World MMO. The contests are quite simple in nature and do not require tons of time for people to enter and participate in order to win some pretty cool prizes. You will however need to be creative with your entries.
So what do you need to do? Here’s the information about the contests, the rules and the prizes you can win.
1. PICTURE PERFECT TSW
WHAT TO DO : Create a picture perfect postcard for The Secret World game
RULES : Emphasis for this contest is on the landscape, not so much on the monsters. This is a beautifully made game with some pretty awesome scenery. Create posters/postcards like those you might find in the travel brochure or those you might send back to your friends and family from your holiday! Be creative, be original! Entries limited to 1 entry per in-game character name. IMPORTANT: under no circumstance are you to steal other people’s ideas. If you use someone else’s idea, ask for permission first and please credit your submission accordingly. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification!

DURATION : 1 week
DEADLINE : 12:00 (noon) ECT / 6AM EST on 24-Oct-2013
PRIZES : 1st place – 1200 FP + Artisan’s Tool Augmenter + Faction dog tag
Honorable mention – Faction dog tag
Winning entries will be announced on the show taking place at 7PM EST on October, 24th.
NOTE: Prizes will be delivered directly to the player in-game one week after the announcement!
2. HALLOWEEN CONTEST – Trick or Treat Time
WHAT TO DO : Create your best Halloween costume using anything from/in the game.
RULES : In addition to your best Halloween outfit, entry must include a Halloween themed background and pumpkin/s. Be creative! Be original! IMPORTANT: under no circumstance are you to steal other people’s ideas. If you use someone else’s idea, ask for permission first and please credit your submission accordingly. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification!
